                       This session will present facts about the present 

                       state of the Memphis community, then paint the 

                       picture of Memphis at the fork in the road and 

                       finally set the stage for the Memphis of  

                       tomorrow.

  10:15 am      CEO/Presidents Roundtable

                       CEOs and presidents from global

                        corporations will share their visions for the 

                        Memphis of tomorrow.  Participating  

                        corporations include: AutoZone, FedEx,

                        First Tennessee, International Paper,  

                        Memphis/Shelby County Airport Authority,  

                        Methodist Healthcare, Pinnacle Airlines and

                        St. Jude

  12:15 pm      Luncheon –

                       “Celebrating MBEs: The Road to Success” 

                       Minority business owners that started from

                       humble beginnings will share insight about their 

                       road to success including the pitfalls, obstacles 

                       and triumphs along their journeys.

                       Franchising Seminar         

                       This seminar will feature national franchises that 

                       see the value of locating businesses in urban 

                       communities and will ideally provide opportunities 

                       for minorities to own franchises in Memphis.

                       Model Diversity Corporation Seminar           

                This seminar is designed to highlight Memphis  

                corporations that recognize the value of inclusion  

                at all levels of their organizations and are making 

                ongoing strides in the areas of: hiring, community 

                giving, management development and supplier  

                diversity programs.

  9:15 am        Plenary Session

                       Jere Boyle of the Chicago Federal Reserve

                       The stage will be set for the day by presenting facts and                        examples that emphasize the importance of emerging 

                       markets and inner city neighborhood development.

 10:00 am      Emerging Markets Seminar

                      A panel of corporate marketing executives will discuss 

                      their emerging market divisions.  This session will 

                      highlight the browning of America and present strategies

                      to capture the buying power of the consumers of  

                      tomorrow.

  12:15 pm     Luncheon – “Community Impact”

                      The Reverend Dr. Floyd Flake*, Senior Pastor of  

                      The Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral Church in  

                      Jamaica, NY will discuss the importance of investing  

                      resources into inner city neighborhoods and the impact 

                      that community development/prosperity in all 

                      neighborhoods can have on the entire city of Memphis.

  1:45 pm      Community Renaissance Seminar

                     A model will be presented that will assist in the  

                     redevelopment of inner city neighborhoods by providing 

                     critical resources to support, train and guide people 

                     through the process of change.  This seminar will focus 

                     on job creation, assistance for felons, home ownership, 

                     credit repair and many other relevant issues
