In 2010 The MMBC Continuum published the Model Diversity Corporation Initiative White Paper, which highlighted results from the year long pilot of the Model Diversity Corporate Initiative.

The white paper highlights the success of the initiative to assist nine of the largest corporations in the mid-south with institutionalizing diversity and inclusion and that when coupled with other management practices, produced results.
