David R. Boyd graduated Cum Laude from Morehouse College in 1981 with a degree in Accounting.  He took on numerous jobs before participating in his most rewarding achievement.  In 1988, David and his wife Leticia saw a vision of opening a Buffalo Style Chicken Wing operation in an untapped Memphis market.   Despite impeccable credit and long term employment at FedEx, the Body’s were denied funding by several financial institutions.  Not to be out done, David secured eight credit cards and borrowed against each of them, purchased a fully equipped concession trailer and D’bo’s Buffalo Wing N’ Things was born, August 2, 1990.  Withstanding the hard knocks of entrepreneurship, 16 years later D’bos’s has grown to three (3) company owned locations and one (1) joint venture in Atlanta.
