After many years of dreaming about the possibilities and with the support of her husband, June opened her first plumbing parts store in November 1982 in the Whitehaven area on Millbranch.  In those days, vendors were reluctant to take a chance with a woman owned plumbing supply business, giving her the buying power that she needed in establishing All-Rite as a wholesale distributing company.  It wasn’t until after she joined up with an outside investor and employed several key veteran employees, bringing their knowledge and contacts, did she begin getting the respect of the Vendors, enabling her to grow.  The second location was opened in 1985 at Overton Park and Cleveland.  In 1988 the third store was opened at Park Avenue and Pendelton.  In 1995 the fourth store was opened at Summer and I-240 area.  Her company was growing by leaps and bounds.  However in 1996, it became necessary to close the first, original store on Millbranch because of declining business in that area of town.  Now with three successful stores, June sees her future in terms of branching out to new cities and perhaps becoming a force in the plumbing industry.
